Education ops · Live sessions
Running workshops in a room is different from selling them online. I built the ops layer — owner teaching decks for seven days, live confidence check-ins, public session pulse, and referral tracking — so teaching stays honest and measurable.
Why build this
A workshop needs curriculum you can actually walk through, feedback that tells you if confidence is moving, and a pulse the room can see without exposing anyone's private answers.
I split the funnels: Founder Ship Stack (2-day, founders and non-tech builders) shares Days 1–2 with the 7-day Cursor workshop (tech-oriented AI IDE craft). Days 3–7 are studio practice with an owner-only teaching board.
What shipped
01 · Teaching decks
Day 1 through 7
Scroll-based owner decks with ship cues — harness setup, GitHub + Vercel, Supabase MCP, studio rituals. Rewritten to match what was actually taught in the room.
02 · Live feedback
Confidence in the room
Start/end check-ins per day, 1–10 confidence scores, optional one-liner queries emailed to owner. Soft email match — no PII on the public pulse.
03 · Workshop pulse
Public averages only
Session lift (start→end) and overnight lift (yesterday end→today start). The workshop score is confidence-to-build — tracked live, day by day.
04 · Attribution
Referral + studio board
Approved builders get referral codes. Owner studio board covers Days 3–7 rituals. Everything multiplexed on existing APIs to stay within serverless limits.
My role
Curriculum design — what gets taught when, door-vs-room framing, shared Day 1–2 stack across both funnels.
Facilitation tooling — decks you can teach from, not PDFs you forget exist.
Feedback loop — measure confidence, not just attendance. Written feedback stays owner-only.
Engineering — Supabase tables for check-ins, public pulse page, owner inbox integration.
