Ankit Zen.

Looking for a cofounder — a commercial equal, for one company.

I can build. What I want beside me is someone who can take one real direction into the market — with follow-through, and as an equal.

The bottleneck moved.
Toward the market.

I’ve spent years in the 0→1 phase — product shape, design taste, AI-native shipping. The portfolio shows that. The open question now is which wedge deserves compounding — and who will take it into the market with me.

I’m looking for an equal who treats demand, customers, and focus as craft — over a multi-year horizon.

Distribution, ops, and company gravity.

Great people can still be the wrong fit. Here’s who I’m hoping finds this page — and why.

  • Sales
You create conversations that close loops

Founder sales, discovery calls, follow-ups that actually close. You treat pipeline as real work.

  • Ops
You turn interest into a system

CRM hygiene, cohort logistics, partnerships, packaging offers — the unglamorous rhythm that makes a company feel inevitable.

  • Focus
You help choose one bet and stay with it

Curious enough to explore, disciplined enough to kill side quests. Comfortable when the shiny thing is the wrong thing.

  • Horizon
    You think in years

3–5 years of inventing a company together feels natural. Title and equity matter as skin in the game.

  • Equal
    You want owned domains

Sparring partnership: I lead product / build / narrative; you lead market / distribution / compounding. Both of us own a domain.

Said with respect.

If this is you, you’re probably building something important elsewhere. This page may simply be a miss — and that’s alright.

  • Builder
    A second technical cofounder

More build capacity without market ownership usually creates more product than demand. I need the person who owns the market.

  • Vision
    Another generalist visionary

Two people who love blank canvases and hate follow-through will invent forever. I need the person who closes the loop.

  • Vendor
    A passive “business person”

Strategy decks without customer conversations. Advising from the side. Waiting for inbound while calling it GTM.

  • Short
Someone optimizing for a quick win

If the instinct is flip fast, title-first, or keep many shallow bets alive — we’re on different callings. That’s fine.

If this feels like yours — say hello.

You’ve read the page. You decide if this is a fit. I’ll read your note as an equal.

Or email directly: ankitzen@icloud.com.

Let’s see whether we should build together.

I’m sharing this so the right people can find it — YC Cofounder Match, Startup School, founder circles. A clear invitation. That’s all.
