Cursor AI School

Not a landing page — a full education product. Workshop funnels for two audiences, longer tracks for founders and institutions, apply flow, moderated student showcase, and a school blog. Brand, curriculum, and shipping in one loop.

The problem

Teaching needs
more than slides.

Founders and builders need to learn AI-native development — but a course isn't just curriculum. It's positioning, sales pages, apply flow, proof from students, and content that earns trust before someone pays.

I built the whole surface: two workshop doors (founders vs tech builders), longer program paths, brochure and apply, a moderated showcase for student builds, and a blog that sells the craft without sounding like a brochure.

What shipped

Product layers,
not one page.

01 · Funnels

Two workshop doors

Founder Ship Stack (2-day) for non-tech founders. 7-day Cursor workshop for AI IDE craft. Each with its own sales page, curriculum, and positioning.

02 · Longer tracks

Founder · Institute · Partner

Six-month founder path, institutional batches, train-and-build partner model — flat paths, apply flow, and brochure for serious leads.

03 · Proof loop

Showcase + blog

Students submit builds for moderated showcase. School blog publishes craft notes on a schedule. Referral codes track who brought whom.

My role

One person,
full stack.

Product & positioning — who each workshop is for, what they walk away with, honest framing (no fake stats).

Design & brand — visual system, typography, page structure across the subdomain.

Content — sales copy, curriculum outlines, blog posts that teach before they sell.

Engineering — static site on Vercel, Supabase for applications and showcase moderation, APIs multiplexed within serverless limits.
